NPGS Certified gem uncirculated 66 EPQ, they forgot to put the Pick number on the holder, and they got the issue type wrong as they mention on holder it’s the king Hussein with Kuffiyeh but it’s actually the issue before that. with that being said let’s not under estimate the scarcity of this issue as a replacement note.
